Do I need a special device or computer to watch the videos?
No, you can use any device as long as it’s connected to the internet. You can use your phone, tablet, laptop, PC, Mac, or Smart TV. I recommend watching the videos when you are connected through Wifi otherwise it will use up a lot of data through your mobile network (e.g. 3G or 4G).
Do I need any equipment?
Nope, you don’t need any equipment for this program. It’s helpful to have an exercise mat if you have a hard floor at home, but a towel will do the same job. I recommend keeping some water nearby as we’ll stop for drink breaks during the workouts.
When does the course start and finish?
There is no set start date for this program, you can start whenever you like. And once you enroll you have lifetime access so the program will not expire.
How fit do I have to be to do this program?
I start the program gently and build up the difficulty and intensity slowly through the sessions, so you don’t have to be fit to start the workouts. If you are extremely unfit or you’ve never done any exercise before then you may struggle a little. Drop me an email and I’ll recommend a different programme for you.
What time of day should I do the workouts?
You should do the workouts at the time of day that makes it easiest for you to complete them. Try to fit them into your existing schedule without too much disruption. There isn’t a specific time of day that is better than another in terms of results, so it’s a personal choice as to what works best for you.
How many times per week should I do the workouts?
I recommend doing the workouts at least 3 times per week.
