Is the price really a one off payment or is it a subscription?
Yes, it really is a one off payment which gives you lifetime access. So you can start when you like, access it for as long as you like, and you can even repeat it again in the future if you ever want to.
When does the program start and finish?
There is no set start date for this programme, you can start whenever you like. And once you enroll you have lifetime access so the programme will not expire. It's a 12-week programme and I've designed it very carefully to get the maximum results for you in those 12 weeks so it's best to follow the recommended structure as carefully as you can.
What should I eat during the program?
There is a full nutrition guide and 12-week meal plan included with the programme (Plus there is also a 12-week meal plan for vegetarians). The meal plan has recipe suggestions for every meal and you can easily adapt them to suit your tastes and preferences.
How long do I have access to the program?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this programme for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the program?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
What results can I expect?
You can expect very good results from the programme in several areas. Firstly, you will look differently because you will shred excess body fat and your muscles will become more toned. This will give you a more slim and strong appearance. You will also feel differently. You will react better to stress, have more energy in the day, and you will likely sleep better too. Lots of people lose a lot of weight during the programme (as you’ve seen in the video) but weight is a notoriously poor measurement of results. Muscle is heavier than fat and your weight fluctuates due to many factors outside of your control. I much prefer to focus on the change to your physical appearance (e.g. dropping jeans sizes) and the improvement in your confidence and sex appeal.
What if i don’t get any results?
If you follow the programme you will get excellent results. This exact programme has been followed by thousands of people and we’ve never had anyone complete it without getting results. If you’re the first person this happens to, I’ll happily refund your payment in full. That’s how confident I am in this programme.
Do I need any equipment?
Nope, you don’t need any equipment for this programme. It’s helpful to have an exercise mat if you have a hard floor at home, but a towel will do the same job. I recommend keeping some water nearby as we’ll stop for drink breaks during the workouts.
How fit do I have to be to do this programme?
I start the programme gently and build up the difficulty and intensity slowly through the weeks, so you don’t have to be fit to start the programme. If you are extremely unfit or you’ve never done any exercise before then you may struggle a little. Drop me an email and I’ll recommend a different programme for you.
Do I need a special device or computer to watch the videos?
No, you can use any device as long as it’s connected to the internet. You can use your phone, tablet, laptop, PC, Mac, or Smart TV. I recommend watching the videos when you are connected through Wifi otherwise it will use up a lot of data through your mobile network (e.g. 3G or 4G).
What happens if I am sick or miss a day of the programme for some other reason?
Not a problem. The programme is structured to give you the best results within 12-weeks but there is no time-limit on the workouts so it’s ok if you miss a day. Instead of skipping the day and moving onto the next one, I strongly recommend doing it a day later instead. It’s much better that you complete all the workouts in the right order (even if it takes longer) because otherwise you might miss out on me demonstrating how to perform new exercises.
What time of day should I do the workouts?
You should do the workouts at the time of day that makes it easiest for you to complete them. Try to fit them into your existing schedule without too much disruption. There isn’t a specific time of day that is better than another in terms of results, so it’s a personal choice as to what works best for you.
Why is there a yoga class each week?
Yoga is an incredible form of exercise on its own, but when combined with higher intensity workouts it provides some amazing benefits. It’s great for stretching out your muscles, helping them to recover quickly and be ready to go again. To get the maximum results within the 12-weeks it’s very important that we’re able to gradually build the intensity each week, and so the weekly yoga class really helps to make this possible.
Do I need to have any yoga experience?
No, you don’t need any yoga experience at all. I’ve enlisted the help of Beth to teach the yoga, she’s one of the best yoga teachers in the UK and she goes through everything step by step.
